Luna Park is the home of fun and the most iconic amusement park in Australia. Our famous face has been enthusiastically welcoming and thrilling generations of guests for over 85 years.  With the recent addition of 9 new rides including our Big Dipper coaster, (the world's first inline seating, triple inversion, multi-launch roller coaster) we offer all the thrills of a world class amusement park while maintaining the charm and spirit of a 1930’s fun park. 

With 18 rides across the park, our Ride Operators are at the center of the action, and this is your chance, to be a part of that action this Summer!

We are currently looking for action loving people to join our incredible Rides Team! You will receive full training (yes you’ll be paid to learn!)  on how to safely operate our rides and ensure our guest and staff have the time of their lives!  

What we’ll be looking for in our Summer Rides Team members: 

• Its all about your attitude – you need to be able to have fun whilst diligently ensuring the safety of our guests 
• Confident and engaging communication skills to talk with team members and guests
• You must be 18yo or over. 
• The ability to positively influence and support  guests and team members
• Have good decision making skills
• You’ll need to care about the safety of your team members and guests. 
• Detail focus – you need to be able to follow and give instructions 
• You will be required to have a Working with Childrens Check and RSA prior to accepting shifts 
• No experience is required as you will receive full training – but a mechanical aptitude or interest in all things engineering will be useful
• An interest in things that go fast, round and round, upside down and make people squeal with delight is essential!

These are casual positions that include Weekday, Weekend and Evening shifts
