JOB DESCRIPTION

REPORTING TO: OWNER & OBJ’S HEAD OFFICE

Enzo's Cucina Mt Druitt is looking for fun, hardworking individuals who believe they possess the ability to carry out confidently the traits listed below in the responsibilities and main duties expected of staff. RESPONSIBLE & DUTIES FOR:

● Offering the Highest standard of customer service in line with our high standard of food.

● Practice and set examples to staff for suggestive selling at all opportunities to increase sales also driving staff to achieve the best.

● Strict practices when it comes to Health & Safety and Cleanliness within the Restaurant.

● Maintaining a harmonious environment among all staff front & back of house.

● Organising training sessions and monthly staff meetings.

● Following the OBJ’s practices and ensuring staff are also.

● Stock Management and Ordering, invoice entering.

● Day to day restaurant management & organisation.

● Staff rostering and forecast budgeting within guideline percentages.

● Establishing reputation and repour within local area (businesses & customers)

● Confident complaint handling and customer relation

● Cash handling & cash up procedures

● Drive a team and a business to success

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

 

  • Rotating roster
  • Weekend availability

 

Experience:

 

  • Restaurant management: 1 year (Required)

 

Licence/Certification:

 

  • RSA (Required)

REQUIREMENTS

  • 6 months experience as a supervisor in a similar environment
  • Excellent food and wine knowledge
  • A strong understanding of run of service in a busy restaurant/café
  • Experience using POS systems
  • An expert communicator – with customers and fellow staff
  • Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
