Totti's Bondi is looking for new Restaurant Staff to join their team!

The Venue

Totti's is your local Italian that’s all about sharing good food, a few laughs, and a drink or two with family and friends. Headed up by Mike Eggert and Khan Danis, one of the best wood-fire chefs in the country, Totti’s menu is made for sharing. Start with wood-fired bread made to order with small plates of local and house-made antipasto. Move on to flavour-packed pasta, and then perhaps the chicken or fish, perfectly cooked in the Josper charcoal oven. 

A light filled indoor space with a courtyard amongst olive trees, you will feel as though you are in the region of Southern Italy.

The Job

We are looking for experienced Wait staff to drive the success of this Bondi venture through excellent guest engagement and service. If you are passionate, driven, and take pride in going above and beyond for guests every day, then this is the role for you! Having at least a year’s experience in a high-end restaurant and a similar position, with good wine and beverage knowledge, is an advantage.  Having a positive, bubbly, and energetic personality is a must!
