The Venue

Coogee Pavilion's middle floor boasts 3 different options, Will's Cocktail Bar, Una Mas tapas wine bar and Mimi's dining room, which looks like it's been plucked straight off the European coastline. Each space has its own unique identity, creating exceptional food and drinks and unforgettable experiences, right on the doorstep of Coogee's sun-soaked coastline.

The Role 

We are on the lookout for experienced Restaurant Manager to join us in this exciting, multi-faceted, gastronomic journey. Mimi's is high end, with open kitchens, offering an interactive guest experience.

The menu is inspired by the best seasonal and local produce, pulling on flavours from the Med and Europe, with an interior to match. Whether we're turning frowns upside down or creating unforgettable moments (the kind you like!) You'll have the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the industry.
