REQUIREMENTS

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, budgeting, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment by leading, coaching, and motivating the restaurant team
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
  • Analyse data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create and maintain an appealing menu that aligns with customer preferences and industry trends
  • Act as the public face of the restaurant, handling customer inquiries and addressing any concerns or complaints
  • Current RSA 

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in the Hospitality & Tourism industry
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a team to achieve operational and financial goals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and staff
  • Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and licensing regulations in the food and beverage industry
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Work experience: At least two years’ Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred

Education/Skills: A minimum of a diploma or higher qualification in commercial cookery or culinary arts

Salary: $75000- $78000  + 11.5% Superannuation

Annual Leave: 4 weeks

Working Hours: 38 Hrs per week
