A company stacked with development opportunities, we are currently seeking an experience Restaurant Manager to take the lead at our Melbourne Central Venue.

Our Restaurant Managers are accountable for all aspects of venue operations, including profitability, people and performance management, OHS, Award compliance, Food Safety compliance, local area marketing and more.

Please note that all Restaurant Managers at The Pancake Parlour work a mix of morning and afternoon shifts. Working at least one shift each weekend is a requirement of the role. Rosters and availability will be discussed in more detail with shortlisted candidates.
