As Restaurant Manager - reporting directly to the Venue Manager you will be predominately responsible for the operations of the restaurant. This is a hands-on position which will see you actively manage the restaurant, supervise your team and liaise with the kitchen.
As a senior Manager you will be responsible for motivating and training your team in all aspects of customer service ensuring we have a highly skilled and motivated food and beverage team.
Skills and Experience
Coming from a hotel or restaurant background you will be an experienced Restaurant Manager with expert leadership skills. We are looking for a professional individual with a genuine passion for enhancing customer experiences and delivering a high level of service and training. Must be able to make cocktails.
Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
