The Role:

Our Fun Dining venue Calida is looking for an experienced hands-on Restaurant Manager for an immediate start. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role and is interested in growing their career in hospitality. The position will include varying shifts including days, nights and weekend availability is a must. The venue operates all day dining 7 days a week whilst remaining open for most public holidays throughout the year.

Responsibilities:

  • Rostering
  • Staff Management
  • Training and recruitment
  • Implementation of Company Procedures
  • Inventory control
  • Weekly KPI management
  • Event Execution 
  • Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget
  • Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
  • Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals
  • Admin Competency - Answer calls, emails and general queries
  • Cocktail Skills Desirable
  • Barista Skills Desirable

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 Years experience in a Restaurant setting

  • Experience in working towards KPI's 
  • Strong Leadership attributes
  • Hands-on Management Style
