FOOD MIGRANT PTY LTD is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our restaurant based in Margaret River WA. 

Position: Restaurant Manager

Job type: Full time

Salary: $63,000 - $77,000 + Super

The ideal candidate has a passion for food and beverage, a genuine ability to control all aspects of the day to day operations of the restaurant, including overseeing all other FOH department staff, maintaining the highest levels of hospitality service.  Full time working hours are Tuesday to Saturday from afternoon into the late evening also some public holidays where necessary.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring table reservation system and other applicable supporting technologies have full functionality at all times.
• creating staff rosters and recruiting new employees where required. 
• Stock ordering and control, curating the wine list with appropriate offerings and engaging with current and new suppliers.
• Liaising with chefs in menu planning and daily delivery to guests.
• Monitoring quality control; ensuring guest satisfaction of food and service, restaurant cleanliness, appearance and accessibility is consistently to a high standard. 
• Sole planning and execution of functions.
• Financial and budget reporting to directors to indicate business performance.  

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Be an Australian citizen or Permanent residency.
• Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, Diploma or at least three years of relevant experience is required.
• Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to work evenings
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Valid approved managers licence.
