JOB DESCRIPTION

We are searching for an experienced Restaurant Manager for Cafe Valentino.
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can lead and develop our team from the front and have a hands on approach.
We are looking for someone who has a creative flare to help push Cafe Valentino to new heights with new promotions, marketing strategies and to be the face of the business!

As the Restaurant Manager for Cafe Valentino, you will be actively involved in all aspects of the daily running of the venue including;
 

  • Delivering excellent customer service to build and retain customer rapport
  • Providing staff leadership and direction, offer guidance and support to staff
  • Venue presentation and ambiance
  • Taking booking and function enquiries
  • Staff induction, onboarding and trainings alongside the HR Manager
  • Weekly rostering
  • End of night reconciliation, banking and venue close down procedures
  • Keeping in line with all targets, KPIs and budgets set
  • Overseeing Front of House ordering
  • Adhering to all legal requirements of the business


You will have a great attention to detail, be focused on quality control and customer satisfaction with at least two years experience in a similar role.
