JOB DESCRIPTION

Four Frogs are French restaurants in Sydney, proud of serving authentic “Crepes and Galettes” in a typical French atmosphere.

At Four Frogs, we care about offering the best experience: we believe details are particularly important and most of our products are homemade, we support local producer, and we mill our flour. More importantly, all our restaurants are operated according to the French Creperie tradition, in order to give clients a unique French experience.

 

As an experienced Restaurants Manager, you will join a company that fosters and acknowledges growth and development.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead and grow your own restaurant’s customer numbers, sales and profit
  • Full responsibility of the restaurant’s daily operations including the kitchen Team
  • Maintain the restaurant’s Operational Excellence delivery consistent
  • Ensure efficient and effective restaurant operation; maintain fully prepared for every shift, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
  • Accountable for your team's performance (KPI’s)
  • Ensure the team believes in and lives the principles, values of the brand
  • Ensure your restaurant is offering a joyful, memorable and exciting atmosphere for staff and customers
  • Creating menus in collaboration with the Chef and developing new traditional French recipes
  • Dealing with providers (with an eye on costs)
  • Ordering supplies and managing stocks in collaboration with the Head Chef 
  • Implementing and monitoring HACCP procedures and Health & Safety processes with the chef
  • Rostering
  • Training staff in the French style service and retaining staff for all Four Frogs restaurants (crucial in this role).

REQUIREMENTS

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 4+ years’ experience in Restaurant management is a must
  • Strong experience gained in French restaurants
  • A driven leader with business development and management skills
  • Impeccable personal presentation
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to develop organisations plans and open new restaurants
  • Highly motivated individual with demonstrated business experience is a must
  • Takes ownership of their operation 
  • Hands-on Leader
