Restaurant Bartender - Palazzo Salato

Start: ASAP Where: Sydney, NSW Type: Part time / casual Pay: On application

JOB DESCRIPTION

As we gear up for the silly season that swiftly approaches, Palazzo Salato is on the hunt for another gun bartender.

We are looking for someonewith a passion for great booze and immaculate food. Equally at home shaking tins, pouring (and tasting) wine and serving delicious Italian fare to our adoring masses.

Palazzo Salato is an Italian restaurant on Clarence St, CBD open Mon-Sat; Midday - Midnight daily.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Bartender

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

What we need from you:

  • Minimum 2 years Bartending experience.
  • Classic cocktail experience required (also happy to be taught the more weird and wonderful things)
  • Wine experience preferred (but we have an incredible team of Sommeliers to help educate)
  • Good availability.
  • Current RSA.
