As Restaurant & Bar Manager you are expected to be well presented, friendly, enthusiastic and willing to give 100% and be a very hands on manager.

Duties will also include running shifts, rosters, stock control and ordering and all other day to day running of the business.

You are also required to promote and maintain the reputation of the establishment by ensuring and providing excellent customer care and service.

REQUIREMENTS

Planning and organising special events
Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget
Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
Assist team during trading to run meals and clearing tables
Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service
Selecting, training and supervising staff
Taking reservations, greeting guests and assisting in taking orders
Answer emails and all other customer queries
