During winter, the cozy open fireplace sets the ideal ambiance for the 70-seat internal restaurant area, while in the warmer months, the expansive 50-plus seat alfresco area capitalizes on the growing business.
The Assistant Restaurant Manager's role includes supporting the Restaurant Manager in planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating the restaurant staff for efficient, well-prepared, and profitable food and beverage service.
Required experience includes:
- Planning and preparing for service periods and events
- Managing table allocations and staffing levels
- Supervising the service to ensure consistently high standards and providing hands-on assistance to the team
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints about food/beverage quality and service
- Scheduling employee shifts
- Conducting weekly stock counts and placing orders
