JOB DESCRIPTION

Good Group Hospitality is a leading New Zealand Hospitality Group with restaurants & bars in Auckland, Queenstown, Sydney, and Melbourne.  
 

We are seeking energetic, Reservations & Events Coordinators to join our team in Melbourne.
 

This role is across multi work sites and across multi brands!


Duties and Responsibilities         

  • Assist the Events Managers to execute an exciting variety of events
  • Support the Events Managers with logistical and administrative tasks
  • Capture initial group and event enquiry details, including preferred venue/date/time and nature of event
  • Liaise with guests and venue teams to ensure all reservation and event information is shared
  • Maintain records of all bookings on the SevenRooms reservation system
  • Maintain records of all events in the Tripleseat system
  • Host site visits

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

Experience and Knowledge

  • Understanding of hospitality industry
  • Demonstrated commitment to the principles of customer service
  • Competence with the Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Experience with Sevenrooms and Tripleseat is highly regarded

  • Strong communication skills - written and oral
  • Strong attention to detail
