JOB DESCRIPTION

We have an exciting opportunity for two Reservations Agents to join our Hotel Front Office team and work at the region’s newest luxury hotel; Ardo. 

About the role:

As a full time, Reservations Agent, you are an ambassador of our two properties brands. In this role you will need to anticipate our guests’ needs by going the extra mile, and handling enquiries efficiently and attentively throughout the guest booking process via various booking methods. 

You will take pride in delivering the highest level of quality in both product and service. You will work effectively with all other departments to ensure a great experience for each and every guest.

Your energy, drive and positive attitude will be contagious to your team mates; you will be able to think on your feet and problem solve; and you will be passionate about on contributing to the bigger picture with an attitude of continuous improvement.

Who we are looking for:

  • A guest-centric attitude with a fun and bubbly personality and demonstrated professionalism
  • A demonstrated ability to multitask in fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • An ability to prioritise increasing workloads and high level of computer literacy
  • A positive selling approach to maximise yield in both occupancy and rates
  • A thorough knowledge of all resort facilities and promotions
  • To maximise hotel revenue by converting phone and email enquiries into bookings
  • A strong knowledge of all aspects of hotel operations including OTAs and various booking platforms
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and presentation
  • Ability to adapt to changing guest needs
  • Ability to foster and maintain excellent client relationships 
  • Operational understanding of Opera system is advantageous
