The Reservoir Hotel Bendigo is looking for a Chef/Cook for immediate start to join our fantastic team.
We are a busy family ran pub that offers great pub food with a little bit of flair.
You would be working closely with our head chef and kitchen team to perform the following tasks:
Preparation of food
Cooking in all sections of the kitchen
Good understanding of FIFO
Must have the ability to maintain a high standard and a keen eye for detail
Confidence and ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Emphasis on quality and cleanliness
Ability to supervise apprentice chefs
38 hour week with days off negotiable
Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
