About You 
Working alongside our Head Chef, we are now seeking a driven and passionate Chef who thrives on creating fresh, nutritious, and inspiring dishes. With a keen focus on healthy cooking and an eye for detail, you will create dishes that make our guests' experiences truly memorable. Your enthusiasm for showcasing fresh, local, and seasonal Queensland produce will shine through in every dish you create.
  
If you're a collaborative team player, skilled in culinary techniques, and love a thriving and dynamic team environment, this is the perfect opportunity to leave your mark on a new and exciting culinary venture.
  
Qualities We Value 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Qualified Chef in a well-established hospitality setting, ideally a café or bistro.
  • Strong culinary skills and advanced food preparation techniques.
  • Excellent time management, organisation, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • A passion for healthy, sustainable, and delicious food, with a focus on free-range, sustainable, and grass-fed products.
  • A commitment to food safety, hygiene standards, and quality control.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, eager to learn and improve.
  • Ability to manage inventory and place orders as required.

What's On Offer

  • Roster Flexibility: Monday to Sunday shifts available (must be available evenings and weekends)
  • Competitive Salary: $65K-$75K+super (based on experience)
