Classic style pub with a rooftop cocktail bar is seeking an experienced full time cook to join our team in the kitchen and support our head chef. We are looking for someone with the desire to expand their skill set, a passion for food, and attention to detail.
The right candidate will get to enjoy working in a small but solid team, take responsibility for maintaining freshness, some ordering, assist in managing all costs and wastage, contribute to seasonal menus, weekly specials & recipes, assisting with functions, keeping kitchen tidy and up to date with food health and safety rules and guidelines.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
We require someone with minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in pubs, cafes or bars in Sydney. You will need excellent communication skills and a willingness to work hard and take pride in your work.
