HQ Group owners and operators of Melbourne’s much-loved Arbory Bar & Eatery and Arbory Afloat and their five-story landmark hospitality venue HER, all located in Melbourne’s CBD.

Melbourne’s #1 floating cocktail bar on the Yarra will soon reveal its summer 2022/23 theme for another epic summer. 

We are currently seeking experienced Pizza Chef’s to join our team at Arbory Afloat. Working in a dedicated pizza kitchen, you will have the opportunity to deliver the best Neapolitan style pizzas in Melbourne.

The role

• You will work autonomously and manage your ordering, prep and stock
• You will work in a high-volume environment but not compromise on quality and preparation of ingredients
• You will be supported by Management

What we are looking for

• Previous hands-on experience making authentic hand stretched pizzas
• Experience working in a high volume fast paced kitchen
• A passion for all things PIZZA!
• An organised, calm, and professional pizza chef
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
