HINCHCLIFF HOUSE is filled with multiple chic bars, two restaurants, a sprawling top-floor function space. Along with an in-house bakery, pasta room, and a decadent dessert kitchen. All three stations use flour milled on-site every day from grains supplied by NSW farmers.

W H O Y O U A R E
A responsible individual who is a team player that has experience working in a smaller, upscale/casual restaurant. Good knowledge of different types of pastry and desserts. Responsible for the operations of the pastry and bakery section of the kitchen. Ability to prepare a wide variety of pastry goods.
We are looking to bring great individuals together as a team to partner with us, and we provide lots of training, personal and professional development.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in pastry cooking or Pastry Chef & Baker Experience.
