JOB DESCRIPTION

Delaware North is a global hospitality and entertainment company with significant operations in Australia for more than 30 years. We have recently been appointed as the hospitality services provider for the historic Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG).

  • $500 bonus per month for qualified Chefs who work 12 shifts in a 4 week period
  • Available NOW - Casual Cooks, Chefs and Chef Supervisors
  • Experience the atmosphere and excitement of the MCG

Opportunities are now open for casual Chefs to join the Delaware North team onsite at the MCG in our back of house operations. Join the kitchen brigade in a strong team where you could work across many of the sizable and exciting back of house teams.

**Receive a $2500 loyalty bonus if you work a minimum of 20 shifts before May 9th 2022 during the upcoming AFL season!**

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Pastry Chef

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

A bit about you:

  • You take pride in your work and are experienced in a kitchen operation
  • Chefs - You must have a Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery or above
  • Must have experience as a Pastry Chef or above, or evidence of leading back of house teams as well as above qualifications
  • You have a solid background in back of house kitchen operations
  • You 'think guest' and get a buzz out of delivering smiles
  • You are reliable and excited to be a part of this amazing opportunity

Availability:
