JOB DESCRIPTION

We are Sydney's fastest growing Donuts Store with an extensive range of both donuts and cakes. We create new menus weekly and we are looking to add new products to our menu. We love to create new and crazy things. Put it this way; it's a kitchen that loves to experiment. We are constantly developing and growing, in our kitchen nothing is always the same we develop exciting products all the time and happy to try anything once.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Food preparation

  • Maintaining clean workspaces

Qualifications & experience

  • Qualified pastry chef
  • Minimum 4 years experience
  • Experience creating and decorating cakes and desserts
  • Ability to work under time restrictions, both autonomously or in a team environment
  • Fluency in working with a pallet knife, edge scraper and piping with various nozzles
  • Experience with handmade fondant figurines, shapes etc. highly regarded
