Applicants preferably have worked in a fast-paced café/restaurant environment.

What we're looking for:

• Experience: We're seeking baristas with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a coffee-focused establishment.
• Passion: A genuine love for coffee and a desire to create the best coffee beverages for our customers.
• Skills: Proficiency in various brewing methods, latte art, and coffee equipment maintenance.
• Customer Focus: A friendly and customer-centric attitude, with the ability to engage and connect with our diverse clientele.
• Team Player: Strong collaboration and communication skills to work harmoniously with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to handle varying shifts and a willingness to contribute to the café's overall success.

• You will need to love hospitality, working in a great team and serving the public
• You must be able to demonstrate a bright, bubbly, friendly personality and have a natural aptitude for providing the highest level of customer service
• You will have an eye for detail, excellent personal presentation, a committed work ethic and a professional and confident communication style
• In addition to working behind the coffee machine you will be involved in all general cafe work including food handling, table/counter service, cash/eftpos handling, & maintaining cleanliness standards
• Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts.
