We specialize in blending traditional flavours with innovative techniques to offer a unique and memorable dining experience. We are seeking a talented and passionate Cook/Chef with experience in Modern Asian cuisine to help us elevate our menu and delight our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and cook a variety of Modern Asian dishes, ensuring the highest quality, flavour, and presentation.
· Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
· Oversee food preparation and ensure consistency in quality and taste.
· Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery of dishes to guests.
· Contribute to creating an innovative and exciting menu that reflects the Modern Asian culinary landscape.
Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Proven experience as a Cook/Chef in a Modern Asian or similar cuisine-focused restaurant.
· Strong knowledge of Asian cooking techniques, flavours, and ingredients.
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
· Creative, passionate, and dedicated to producing top-quality dishes.
· Knowledge and understanding of food safety regulations.
· Experience in menu development and plating techniques is a plus.
· Cooking diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
