La Costa is a large venue situated on Brunswick street with multiple venues inside. A restaurant, cocktail bar, bottleshop, morning cafe, function room and rooftop bar. There is something to enjoy for every type of hospitality worker.
We are currently seeking a Full time Supervisor to assist us in leading the team. We are open for dinner Wednesday to Friday, breakfast to dinner Saturday and breakfast to lunch Sundays.
Previous experience in a similiar role is preffered but training will be provided. We are looking for staff with a drive to learn and grow within the hospitality world.
