We’re seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our Retail Department as the Multi-Site Manager for our UQ locations. If you thrive under pressure, have a passion for mentoring and training others, and excel at staying organised, this is the perfect role for you!

The key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Drive a culture of accountability and ownership across multiple sites. 
  • Ensure operational efficiency and customer service across multiple sites.
  • Develop and Train staff to be highly independent and knowledgeable in the Merlo Way.
  • Ensure quality product is being delivered to customers at all times.
  • Succession plan and recruit to ensure operational efficiency across all sites.
  • Performance Management of all staff to ensure adherence to employment contracts and the Merlo Way.
  • Wage and Revenue Management of all sites.

Assistant Manager
Food & Beverage Manager
Operations Manager
Cafe Manager

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this exciting role, you will have:

  • Be Full-time available, Monday - Friday
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • A proven aptitude for staff management
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
  • Strong cultural awareness of the business and its direction.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
  • Passion for customer service and quality product.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Financial acumen is desirable but not essential.
