We are opening a new Flagship Experiential Moutai Store in the heart of Melbourne City. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the premium spirits industry. We are looking for Full-time, Part-time, and Casual team members to establish this store and grow the Moutai brand. If you are after a career in the liquor industry or just have a passion for premium spirits and luxury goods then this is the opportunity for you.

Reporting to the store manager responsibilities include:

• Engaging with customers in an effort to build sales revenue
• Promoting the brand image and showcasing the Spirits of China range of products
• Conduct in-store tastings and other promotional activities
• Maintaining store presentation to the highest level
• Educating Australian customers about Chinese Baiju
• Cash handling and stock control

Ideally you will:

• Love providing exceptional customer service 
• Have previous experience in retail or customer service roles
• Be well-presented and comfortable guiding tastings with customers 
• Have a valid RSA or willingness to acquire one
• Have proven ability to work well in a team
• Have knowledge of Moutai or Chinese Spirits - would be an advantage as would an appreciation of Chinese culture
• Be bilingual and can speak both English and Mandarin
• Be passionate, self-motivated and results driven
