What You’ll Be Doing:

• Mixing and serving a variety of cocktails, wines, and beverages with flair.
• Providing warm and attentive service to guests at the bar and throughout the restaurant.
• Collaborating with the team to create and update our exciting drinks menu.
• Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assisting with stock management and bar supplies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for mixology and an interest in Latin-inspired cocktails.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• RSA certification (or willingness to obtain it).
