Kitty's Bar and Restaurant is at at Club Sapphire, the region’s premier hospitality and entertainment venue, including a great bistro, entertainment and function rooms, a world-class bowls facility, the upbeat & chic Kitty’s bar offering quality Pan-Asian cuisine and fine beverages, and Seaside Health Club which provides 24/7 access and personally tailored programs.
As a Mixologist you will work as part of the Kitty’s team to provide engaged and informed bar service to regular and visiting customers, as well as supporting other FOH staff as needed. Key requirements for this role include a fun yet professional approach with customers and colleagues, the ability to maintain a calm manner when under pressure. You’ll need a sound knowledge across all beverage offerings, with a focus on cocktails and fine wines, both local and international.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.
The role is located in Merimbula, on the beautiful far south coats of NSW.
