Mexico Ellerslie have a number of exciting opportunities that we are very excited to fill including Chef de Partie. We have both Full and Part Time positions available.
As a Chef de Partie you’ll work in a high volume kitchen, to prepare and cook food, and keep the kitchen clean and up to high health & safety standards. Ideally you’ll have at least 1-2 years kitchen experience and a relevant current commercial cookery qualification (evidence required).
You will also possess excellent communication skills, outstanding hygiene standards and an ability to work in a team!
Our food is Mexican street food inspired and is full of fresh, local, seasonal ingredients. We are obsessed with delivering exceptional food every time to our customers.
