JOB DESCRIPTION

About the Role:

The Marketing Executive is responsible for creating, rolling out, and reporting on national, state and store promotions and communication in addition to other marketing related tasks.

  • Liaison with stores to formulate in-store events, promotions, and other marketing communication to drive store revenues.
  • Not afraid to pitch your in-trend campaign ideas to the iPlay team.
  • Craft marketing copy for all channels utilized in campaigns, including content writing, social media posts, website etc.
  • Responsible for ensuring marketing planners and schedules remain up to date.
  • Up to date with the latest trends in industry, competitors and the latest from aspirational companies.
  • Communicating with company stakeholders in the formation, execution and reporting campaign lifecycle.
  • Coordinating with agencies, shopping centre marketing, advertising partners and media where necessary.
  • Liaison with the social marketing team to create conversations and a high level of user engagement.
  • Setting up campaign related SEO / SEM and other digital marketing platforms, such as Adwords, Spotify, TikTok.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Marketing Manager
Marketing Coordinator

Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

About you:

  • Experience in retail marketing.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience
  • Professional writing and editing skills
  • Knowledge in SEO and SEM and digital marketing.
  • Graphic design skills – mocking up campaign concepts or your own ad ideas.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS to create landing pages for campaigns is a bonus.
