This pub aims to be at the forefront of that mission, always delivering amazing beer & customer service. And now, we’re looking for passionate Managers to bring it all to life. We love beer and we want you to love beer too, so we’ll support you by providing training so you can have knowledge and confidence in what you are recommending and so you can love it almost as much as we do. You also get to try loads of beer. 

In this role you’ll be leading from the front – you’ll be the benchmark for customer service, leading by example & training others to give the best customer experience of all time. Our goal is to be the best employer ever, so part of your role will be ensuring all your team are happy, developing themselves, reaching goals & having fun.

Working alongside the Venue Manager and Management team you will be leading an experienced management team alongside a crew of passionate & confident individuals, made up of team in the kitchen, on the floor & behind the bar. Some with vast amounts of beer knowledge, some with years of customer service experience, some fresh into the industry. Your job is to be the glue that holds the team together & pushes them to be better every single day and develop to the next stages of their career with us.

Assistant Manager
Bar Manager
Duty Manager
Food & Beverage Manager
Restaurant Manager
Shift Manager
Venue Manager
Cafe Manager

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

What do we need from you?

  • Proven hospitality management experience in a comparable venue
  • Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
  • Exceptional customer service and presentation skills
  • Ability to train and development staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience 
  • Ensuring policies, procedures and standards are current, effective and clearly communicated 
  • Current RSA
  • Knowledge of craft beer is desirable but we are happy to train up the right candidate.
