JOB DESCRIPTION

You’ll need prior kitchen experience, proficient cooking skills, and an ability to quickly prepare product (what we call fast hands). Our processes have been simplified for speed and you will be trained across the full food operation, involving both prep and service.

It’s a fast-paced environment and you’ll be working side-by-side with other young, energetic and fun health-focused people.

REQUIREMENTS

Essential Duties

Work fast and efficiently
Prepare a range of produce and ingredients
Prepare end products in a fast and efficient manor
Fast hands when food prepping all ingredients
Ability to have fun while working hard and as a team
Maintain a high standard of hygiene and quality at all times

Individual Requirements

Have the ability to take full responsibility over the kitchen and produce ordering
A passion for producing healthy and tasty food
Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment and work as a team
Ability to ensure product consistency and maintain cafe operational standards
Interests in health and nutrition are a plus

Interview required

Induction/onboarding required prior to starting role
