About the Role

We are currently seeking motivated Kitchen Stewards to support our multifaceted, fast paced venues on a casual basis. Reporting to the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chefs, the successful candidate will provide general cleaning duties and assistance to Chefs within the three kitchen and food preparation outlets within the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep all working areas clean and tidy
• Perform timely cleaning of kitchen equipment, cooking and general utensils to ensure par levels are met in accordance with the hotels standards
• Perform specialised non-cooking duties in the kitchen or food preparation area
• Be familiar with other kitchen sections and preparation areas
• Collaborate with Chefs, front and back of house team members to ensure cleanliness in the kitchen, food preparation and scullery areas
• Follow the food safety and hygiene program and work health and safety procedures
