Our mission is to set a new standard for customers and our team/people in fast, casual delivery of all the chicken classics, Mavericks style.  Enticing, wholesome, real food delivered via a state of the art operational system that allows speed of service, value for money and uncompromising food quality.

Our flagship store will be located in Caringbah with rapid expansion planned across the greater Sydney area.

About the role

We're looking for a highly motivated, energetic kitchen staff  who are ambitious to grow with us in bringing the Mavericks brand to life.

Full, part-time and casual positions are available with flexible working times and days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working as part of a team in the kitchen
• Working across multiple stations that could include the following Preparing menu items including  rotisserie chicken with sides and salads , southern fried chicken burgers, wraps  etc.., according to our recipes and standards
• Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy 
• Stock, waste management 
• Training provided by excellent managers
• Will suit candidates with previous kitchen experience
• Opportunities to learn & progress, in a growing business
