ABOUT WHERE WE WORK

A part of Colonial Leisure Group, The Portsea Hotel is located on the Port Phillip bay coastline of the Mornington Peninsula. Our food offering takes inspiration from the Italian coastlines and makes the best use of fresh, local and seasonal produce with a focus on seafood dishes. In addition to the main kitchen, the venue also has ‘Fatto Da Mamma’ which offers an authentic wood-fired pizza selection and sliced-to-order Salumi.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Kitchen hands to work for the next six weeks at the iconic Portsea hotel. Not only will you receive a competitive hourly rate but we will provide FREE accommodation for the next six weeks.  Do not miss this exciting opportunity.

REQUIREMENTS
