JOB DESCRIPTION

Launching as a welcoming and warm destination; The Plough & Ale Inn is a local’s hotel that is built for the whole community.

Connecting local village-style charm with a stylish and cultural feel, The Plough & Ale Inn is a reflection of the areas history combined with an infectious modern outlook for the bright new suburb.

We’re seeking hospitality superstars to join the team, with a range of roles now available. 

The team at Plough and Ale Inn are looking for dedicated junior Kitchen Hands who know their way around the kitchen and are eager to learn new skills. 

About Laundy Hotels

Laundy Hotels is now the head of multiple venues in the Greater Sydney Region, Central Coast, South Coast and country NSW. These hotels vary greatly in size, service offering and customers but all with the same Laundy focus of good service and providing friendly, social environments.

The Laundy family have been in the hotel industry for four generations. Arthur (Snr) and Veronica Laundy started the business in 1945 with the Sackville Hotel, Rozelle and the business has been growing ever since.

REQUIREMENTS

About you:

  • The ability to work with efficiency and speed whilst maintaining quality
  • Enthusiasm with all tasks and the ability to work with confidence under pressure
  • A willingness to work with the team as well as unsupervised
  • Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
