We are looking for experienced cooks and café all rounders to join our team at Jamaica Blue at Sydney Southwest Private Hospital (near Liverpool).

Kitchen Hands / Food Preparation

We are looking for a casuals with a strong background who are  experienced working in a busy café environment. Having worked in a similar position for at least 1 year is preferred. 

To be successful, we are looking for someone who:

• enjoys working in a busy café environment with a variety of people
• is organised and systematic in their approach
• pays attention to presentation and detail
• is able to work in a team environment and coordinate with front of house staff
• has flexible availability, as this position will require some weekend work.

Baristas / Café All Rounders:

We are looking for Baristas / Café All Rounders with a strong background in coffee or experience working in a busy café environment. Having worked in a similar position for at least 1 years is preferred. 

To be successful, we are looking for someone who:

• is passionate about providing exceptional customer service
• enjoys working in a busy café environment with a variety of people
• is able to work in a team environment and coordinate with back of house staff
• has flexible availability, as this position may require some weekend work.

• Operate an industrial dishwasher, washing dishes and glassware by hand when necessary
• Unload dishes, silverware, and glassware from dishwasher
• Ability to handle large volumes of dishes, including pots and pans
• Carry out basic cleaning tasks within the premises
• Assist chefs and wait staff as required, especially during peak hours
• Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
