Our Fire driven viet style retsurant, in Prahran (that just recieved a chefs hat!!) is on the look out for a legend KP to join our team!
This is a permanent part time position with always more hours to offer with other venues if needed!
Experience in a commercial kitchen or BOH fast food environment is preffered but not necessary.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic will always mean more to us!
Full training provided, meals every shift, annual leave/sick leave accrual, company wide dining discounts and Penalty Rates apply!

Firebird is from The Commune Group, which owns and operates three other Viet-diners, in Windsor, Elsternwick and Richmond, as well as Japanese-leaning diner Tokyo Tina and soon to be Moonhouse in the beating heart of Balaclava. At Firebird, go past the 110-odd seats and across the dark-herringbone-tiled floor, peer into the kitchen at the back of the room. Take one look at the woodfired oven – which is lit early in the morning and gains heat throughout the day – and you’ll see what this eatery is all about: smoke, flames and Vietnamese-style fare (everything has touched fire - Including the cocktails!!)
