JOB DESCRIPTION

Looking for a dedicated Kitchen Hand who knows their way around the kitchen and is eager to learn new skills. This includes dish washing and polishing, basic food prep and handling

The role will also include front of house duties including Cafe, Bar and conferencing work

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Operate an industrial dishwasher, washing dishes and glassware by hand when necessary
  • Unload dishes, silverware, and glassware from dishwasher
  • Ability to handle large volumes of dishes, including pots and pans
  • Carry out basic cleaning tasks within the premises
  • Assist chefs and wait staff as required, especially during peak hours
  • Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
  • Cafe, Bar and conference and events work
  • RSA
  • Food handlers certificate
  • Work Rights
