This is truly an exciting time for Luna Park! We have recently undergone one of the biggest upgrades of any park in the world, and we are launching a specialised Birthday Party offering to our guests. Situated in our stunning waterfront café – Luna Lounge this will be the best birthday party venue in Sydney!

What you'll get to do

Your main focus will be to ensure our guests have the best birthday ever! In doing this you will get to:

• Welcome our guests and show them to their table
• Ensure their food is delivered on time and all guests are having a great time
• Prepare and set up for parties, including preparing the guests and birthday child’s gifts
• Clear tables and ensure the area is kept clean and looking fabulous
• Have a good understanding of our Food and Beverage policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with department standards, WH&S and HACCP and conduct audits to ensure that the department maintains the strictest hygiene and safety levels

• You must have a current RSA
• A high energy and fun approach to work
• A willingness to constantly evolve to ensure we are working to best practice standards
• Flexibility to work across all retail hospitality outlets in a fast-paced amusement park which has multiple styles of service including; table service, takeaway, app-based ordering, kiosks, bars, restaurant, coffee cart, and gelato bar
• Current working knowledge and training in HACCP and WH&S. HACCP accreditation training is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work a roster that includes weekends and some evening shifts.
