Glorietta is on the hunt for an experience SOUS / JUNIOR SOUS CHEF to join the team.
They will be working closely with the head chef to achieve strong consistency and maintain high standards of dishes, and kitchen cleanliness, as well as creating a great team environment with the other staff.
The ideal candidate would have :
- full availability
- have experience in a fast paced kitchen
- some pizza experience a bonus but not essential
- strong understanding and practice of essential food hygeine and safety practices.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
