About the Role:
Olivine is a wine bar like no other, set in the original cells we are currently seeking a dynamic Junior Sommelier/ Section Waiter to support the Manager and Wine Curator in the opening of this venue.

Who we are:
This venue forms part of a larger hospitality development on the original Pentridge site managed by TFE hotels. The other parts of the development include The Interlude (5 star boutique hotel), Chapter Place (conferencing and events), Olivine (wine bar), and the Adina Apartment tower.
