About the Role: 

Olivine is a wine bar like no other, set in the original cells we are currently seeking a dynamic Junior Sommelier/ Section Waiter to support the Manager and Wine Curator in the opening of this venue.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

The Ideal Candidate Must Have: 

  • At least 2 years’ experience working in the hospitality industry
  • Passion for the wine industry
  • Basic knowledge of wine and spirits
  • Basic skills in supplying, dispensing, and mixing liquor
  • Exceptional service skills and guest focused
  • Adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periods
  • Proven ability in building effective relationships and being a part of a high-performing team
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation
  • Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
  • WSET qualifications are advantageous
  • Must possess a valid Victorian RSA certificate
