As a Room Attendant you are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of accommodation rooms and suites exceeds both the guest expectations and hotel standards. To be successful in this role, you will have excellent attention to detail, availability to work a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends and public holidays above all else, pride yourself on ability to deliver a room that epitomises French elegance, style and sophistication, and be physically fit to perform manual handling tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleaning guest rooms, storage areas, and corridors as allocated
• Delivering a memorable experience for our guests with passion and professionalism
• Attending to guest’s requests quickly and efficiently, constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction
• Replenishing guest amenities
• Maintaining strict security procedures

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

• Be a good team player
• Have the ability to work to deadlines efficiently
• Have the flexibility to work a rotating roster and be available to work afternoons and late evening, weekdays, weekends and public holidays
• Ability to demonstrate versatility in responding to guest requests and situations
