JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking to recruit 2 housekeepers/cleaners to help look after our newly renovated hotel.

Duties will include:

  • General Housekeeping 
  • Daily Laundry (Including Ironing)
  • Changing bed linen and making beds
  • Replacing used towels
  • Sweeping and mopping floors
  • Scrubbing bathrooms and toilets
  • Vacuuming carpets
  • Dusting furniture
  • Restocking beverages in the mini-bar
  • Cleaning public areas, like corridors
  • Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs
  • Ensuring all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Cleaner / Housekeeper

REQUIREMENTS

  • Housekeeping or industrial cleaning experience preferred
  • Experience setting up and cleaning hotel rooms
  • Commercial laundry experience a plus
  • An understanding of waste removal
  • A flexible "can do" attitude and comfort rolling your sleeves up to get the work done!
