JOB DESCRIPTION

As we are working though a period of growth, we have two exciting guest experience opportunities within our Front Office department. We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly Porters / Valets and Guest Services Agents to join our team.  You will spend your days helping our guests with a whole variety of enquiriess while promoting all the great things about out hotel, Melbourne and beyond - we want you to help wow our guests with the Pullman Albert Park experience!

Situated opposite Albert Park Lake, our Hotel hosts 378 rooms, restaurant, bar and café, pool, gym, and 31 conference spaces offering business and leisure travellers a lavish space to meet, rejuvenate and explore the city of Melbourne. In this bigger and better 2022, we are excited to be growing our Concierge team.

Does this sound like you?

  • Providing exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay
  • Promoting and up-selling hotel facilities through strong product knowledge
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and ensuring procedures are followed in relation to guest confidentiality and the issuing of room keys
  • Following procedures in relation to credit and cash transactions and accounting documentation
  • Working with the team to provide our guests with a great experience from the moment they choose to book with us

What We Are Looking For

  • A reliable individual looking for the flexibility to work a rotating roster
