Position Overview:

Trove Cocktail Bar is seeking a warm, personable, and experienced Host to join our team on a casual basis. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a cocktail bar environment and possess excellent customer service skills. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Reception: 

• Greet guests warmly as they enter the bar, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
• Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently, maintaining an organized and accurate seating plan.
• Provide guests with information about the bar, menu, and any special events or promotions.

Seating Management: 

• Escort guests to their tables or designated areas, ensuring they are comfortable and well-accommodated.
• Monitor and manage the flow of guests to ensure timely seating and minimal wait times.

Customer Service: 

• Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
• Handle any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and seek to resolve them satisfactorily.

Collaboration: 

• Coordinate with the bar and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and communication.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.

Event Coordination: 

• Support the organization and execution of special events and private functions.
• Provide information and assistance to guests regarding event details and arrangements.
