We are looking for a host/hostess to join our reservations team, we are a large, busy tapas restaurant with a fast guest turnover.
Experience with Res Diary is preferred.
Must have experience with other online booking systems such as Open Table, , Collins, Quandoo.
Must have 1 year host experience
Host duties are:
Guests first impression
Seating guests
Taking reservations
Answering the phone lines
Answering emails
Taking details for large bookings
Reporting to the management team on service and sales

Wage is based on age, duties given and passing of probation period, we also offer cash tips and 10% service charge (up to £3-£3.50 extra per hour) this is included in wage offer.
Pay is monthly and employee pension scheme can be included.

Start date is within the next month, contract is permanent and flexible either part time or full time.
Part-time hours: 15-40 per week
