We are now seeking a passionate and energetic Hospitality All-Rounder to join our team and contribute to the success of all three venues. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, diverse environment and enjoys interacting with people while working across various areas of hospitality.
Role Overview:
As a Hospitality All-Rounder, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service across all three venues. This includes both bar and floor work, ensuring smooth operations, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. You will work closely with our team to provide an unforgettable dining, drinking, and event experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Bar Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to the venue's standards.
Maintain a clean and organised bar area.
Take drink orders, process payments, and provide excellent customer service to guests.
Ensure all alcohol laws and policies are followed, including checking ID for age verification.
Assist in stock control, including restocking the bar, monitoring inventory levels.
Floor Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and drink orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen and bar.
Ensure all food and drinks are delivered to the table in a timely and courteous manner.
Maintain a clean and presentable dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
Support with events, set-up, and breakdown for functions as needed, ensuring a smooth service experience.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.
Skills & Experience:
Previous 1 year experience in a hospitality or customer service role (bar and floor experience preferred).
Knowledge of beverage preparation and cocktail-making (bar experience).
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
